What is the main goal for this project? We recently launched a new and innovative line of freeze-dried salsas, which are ex-pats or lovers of Mexican food/salsas living outside the US: Ex-Pats: These are US citizens living abroad. Identify platforms and venues to engage with these individuals so that they can purchase freeze-dried salsas and have them shipped throughout the world. Markets: Focus on English speaking regions where there is growing interest/demand for authentic Mexican food. The UK, Canada, and Australia/NZ are the most likely markets. Identify and engage with individuals and chains that would be interested. What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal? Perform market research; analyze and assess opportunities; gather and collect relevating information; consolidate data into an Excel worksheet How will you support learners in completing the project?
