Understanding business requirements
Creating database architecture, tables and logic
Leveraging BI tools to retrieve data and present information in an easily usable format
Allow for manual updating of PO status and changes
Optional: Integration with QuickBooks online to populate the DB fields
Provide business requirements and current Excel spreadsheet being used
Provide guidance and direction on DB design and reporting
Dedicate team members to assist in the development and interface
Perform QA on the iterations to confirm usability
