Startup seeking to get a "Poppin" social following
We’re looking for two social media interns to help with day-to-day social media design, aesthetic, and posting as well as long-term strategic projects. The intern will work with the creative marketing team to schedule content for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, and Youtube. They’ll also assist in managing ArtzyBella’s social media content calendar, and coordinate with other departments around new releases and promotional priorities. The intern will also help monitor performance across platforms, and help with competitive and benchmark analyses.
Creating the Culture for People at a Social Startup
We are growing faster than we anticipated so we've had to start making plans to expand our team. We have built a brand with a particular approach to customer support that we'd like to infuse into our company culture. Attracting a team that reinforces our core values, who also feel supported, supports our brand identity. We would like to develop a system to effectively build our workforce. Working with students, we want to overhaul our hiring practices and implement structures best practices. We'd like for students to architect and build the systems that will keep us agile and collaborative as we scale. You'll apply a forward-thinking approach to make people programs a competitive differentiator: to attract and retain the brightest and most thoughtful team around.
Logistics & Supply Chain
We want students who are excited about the consumer product market, international business, manufacturing, private labeling, drop shipping and using fulfillment. We are finalizing our strategy for handling our supply chain needs through using a fulfillment center. However, we want to find the right vendors and manufacturers that will give us high quality products for very low cost.
Marketing Strategy
We want students to help us build a marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us.The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following:How should we promote our company?What channels should we utilize?What budget is appropriate for advertising?What messaging should we use?
Content Creator/Writer
We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Our company is currently working on creating content for our go-to-market campaign as well as upcoming plan for the foreseeable future.To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topicsAssist with a social media video launch to promote our organizationEvaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sectorIdentify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our storyUltimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.Looking forward to working with creative students on this!

ArtzyBella is looking for a talented and self driven videographer to edit videos that will increase customer engagement with our ticketing platform. We think this project could include the following:The students will be taking the content that we create, and do editing based on what we discuss upon meeting regularly. We will provide feedback based on the work done on each project.

We are targeting three demographics: businesses, consumers, and people in our studio's neighborhood.Social Media Branded ElementsWe would like to make a GIF that can be searched in the GIF library on social media apps like on Instagram stories or Snapchat, we would like to make a still or animated location sticker with our logo, and we'd like to create our own selfie filter that feels remnant of our brand's personality. Product Packaging We would love for the students to assist us with creating beautiful, wow factor packaging for the supplies that go in the art box we send to our customers.

We're a young yet thriving company that is getting ready to launch a new product. We have an online platform and we need users! We'd like you to take a look at our current sales process, define an improved strategy, and generate training material for new hires. We'd also like you to help us develop new messaging and sales call scripts to help us increase the quality and number of leads generated. The final project deliverables may include:A Sales Handbook outlining the recommended sales process and strategy, including sales scripts for emails and sales calls.A 10-minute presentation on the contents of your report and handbook.
