Startup seeking to get a "Poppin" social following
We’re looking for two social media interns to help with day-to-day social media design, aesthetic, and posting as well as long-term strategic projects. The intern will work with the creative marketing team to schedule content for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, and Youtube. They’ll also assist in managing ArtzyBella’s social media content calendar, and coordinate with other departments around new releases and promotional priorities. The intern will also help monitor performance across platforms, and help with competitive and benchmark analyses.

We are growing faster than we anticipated so we've had to start making plans to expand our team. We have built a brand with a particular approach to customer support that we'd like to infuse into our company culture. Attracting a team that reinforces our core values, who also feel supported, supports our brand identity. We would like to develop a system to effectively build our workforce. Working with students, we want to overhaul our hiring practices and implement structures best practices. We'd like for students to architect and build the systems that will keep us agile and collaborative as we scale. We want students who are excited about the consumer product market, international business, manufacturing, private labeling, drop shipping and using fulfillment. We are finalizing our strategy for handling our supply chain needs through using a fulfillment center. However, we want to find the right vendors and manufacturers that will give us high quality products for very low cost.

We want students to help us build a marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market.
