The main goal of this project is to find and make connections with influencers and manage existing influencers for the company BetterSelfToday. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Researching and identifying potential influencers that align with the company's mission and values.- Developing relationships with influencers through various methods such as email, phone, and social media.- Creating and executing influencer marketing campaigns.- Tracking and analyzing the performance of influencer campaigns.- Managing existing influencers and their campaigns.

Content creation and event management for an innovative campaign to plant trees

Our organization is creating an innovative platform and a series of campaigns to plant 7Million+ Trees, across the world, over a year, using some partner NGOsWe would like to collaborate with students to help us tell our compelling story for the mission, using a marketing campaign and a simple web-application that provides the interface for trees.We are building an international team of interns, who is passionate about social impact projects, and who collectively covers the following skills/tasks, that we will need through this campaign:a) Create digital content - simple videos (and comic strips) using some images & character content that we have already started. b) UI/UX design, on top of an existing minimal web application.c) Project & relationship management skills, to manage a global team of interns/college ambassadors/influencers.After successful completion of this campaign, we'll support the team to grow into a startup of its own, OR take up other projects with our organization.

Sustainability assessment of SME businesses and startups

BetterSelfToday is an early-stage startup, building a platform for gamification of actions for the B2B and B2B2C markets. In our B2B product line, we are building a solution for gamifying sustainable actions a business can do to improve its sustainability score along ESG dimensions, and leave a positive impact on Earth.Our guiding mantra is - "Sustainability first, and not an after-thought." So, our methodology (in development) intends to consider the business model, financial goals, investment desires, and marketing strategy of the business. As a first step, we are creating a low-cost scalable sustainability assessment process and pipeline of appropriate sustainable actions to recommend to a small business. We are inviting students, who'd like to challenge the status-quo of pricey sustainability consulting, especially to serve small businesses that are a mix of online/offline and work with international teams and supply chains. E.g. Small businesses on Shopify/Amazon-FBA platforms.

Mobile App UI / UX Design & Prototype - a virtual space & Garden

Our company would like to explore designing a prototype for a mobile application (Progressive Web App). Over the last year, we have created a basic pre-market MVP and trials with prospective customers. (See the attached image)We would like a group of students to design a better version of the mobile application for our upcoming web based product.We are intentional in working freshers/college-interns, as the target user of this application is modern startups from the new generation.This will involve:Study existing web MVP of the product/solution.Identify key areas of our current product and how they might translate to a mobile application.(if needed) Interviews with a subset of target usersLearn and use various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use AdobeXd (or Figma) as these are current industry standards for UX design.Creation of a screen-by-screen UX / UI prototype of a Progressive Web Application, independent of the platform (iOS Android).
