The Sturge-Weber Foundation is seeking to establish a comprehensive Business and Strategic Plan to guide its future initiatives and projects. The goal is to create a structured framework that aligns with the Foundation's mission and prepares it for upcoming opportunities and challenges. This project will involve analyzing the current operational landscape, identifying potential growth areas, and developing strategic objectives that support the Foundation's long-term vision. The team will conduct research on best practices in nonprofit strategic planning, assess the Foundation's strengths and weaknesses, and propose actionable strategies. Warrior University App Development for Patients and Specialists
The Sturge-Weber Foundation aims to create a comprehensive mobile application, "Warrior University," designed to serve both patients and medical specialists. The app will provide a platform for patients to access resources, track their health, and connect with specialists. For specialists, the app will offer Continuing Medical Education (CME) modules and potentially integrate a payment system for services rendered. The project will involve researching the best landscape for app development, designing user interfaces for both patients and specialists, and ensuring seamless integration with existing Warrior University resources. The goal is to enhance patient care and professional development through a user-friendly, secure, and efficient mobile application.
