Diversity & Inclusion for Optimal Team Performance
We're looking for students interested in diversity and inclusion to create a survey measuring inclusive leadership. The survey will need to measure: Level 1 – Self (Get Stuff Done) Growth mindset: Are we open to new experiences? Self-regulation: Do we adequately reflect on who we are, our perceptions and how we show up as leaders? Level 2 – One-on-One (Objectives and Key Results) Curiosity: Do we express interest and curiosity? Lean: Do we lean towards or away from differences? Level 3 – Team (Psychologically Safe) Acknowledge and Action: Do we acknowledge differences and similarities? Do we action belonging? Equity: Do we make decisions with equity and partiality? Level 4 – Company-wide (Importance) Policy: In how far is the work teams do considered important? Communication: To what extent does closed communication deter great ideas? Level 5 – Clients and the World (Change) Culture: Does our internal culture uphold global ESG goals? Systems: Is change to existing systems visible and appreciated?

We are here to make a dent in the Diversity and Education challenges so many of us face. Your project scope until the end of March includes: Supporting marketing campaign planning and execution. Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms Updating existing material, generating novel work, and identifying new ways to reach consumers Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the team on campaign objectives, complete tasks and identify and solve problems Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives While making the best use of available data, our project requires you to: Set measurements and design reports that share the results of marketing initiatives Monitor social media and company website metrics Utilize SEO methods to increase site traffic Suggest new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers Some of your Qualifications / Skills would be: Applied understanding of basic marketing principles Editing talent (video and writing) Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Understanding of SEO techniques and best practices Awareness and interest in our world-at-large If you like the sound of our culture, and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you. A student or team with excellent writing and video skills would be the ideal candidate for this project.
On-line Training Course Development
We are looking for super smart creative writers and course designers to help design a D&I learning course for an award-winning global education, D&I and social impact platform! End result: An on-line course to teach team leaders, CEOs and teams about D&I, Belonging and LGBTQA+. FOCUS: Gathering relevant content from academic sources and research to design six module course. We have lots of existing content to share, so the project wouldn't be starting from scratch.
