Two groups worked on this project. Both the teams were provided with timely information and guidance.

Preet and I had a great time working together alongside SteerUS. Loralyn, you were wonderful to work with as well as a pleasure. Your program really got us to delve into the skills that are truly neccessary in the day-to-day interactions of the workplace - as we've learned in this scenario, technical skills are not everything - soft skills are very important as well. STEERus was an amazing company to work along aside with great resources.

Overall steerUs has taught me a lot of skills myself about interviewing, resume building and connections in life. They also offer an amazing platform that helps students like me benefit when applying to coops, jobs and internships. I feel that SteerUs has played a big part of my career as they ave taught me many of the basic skills I need. Would love to work again with SteerUs!

The Steerus company has a great vision, trying to help teach students soft skills that are often overlooked in school. The owner is passionate and really wants to help kids succeed, and it shows when speaking with her as she is very enthusiastic whenever she talks about her company.

This was an outstanding project experience for UCR Students to learn how soft skills are not only important but can be measured using key performance indicators and see the benefits from the employer and employee perspectives. The students enjoyed making the soft skills video and doing this project with diverse team members coming from Germany, France, Bolivia, India, Australia, and China. Thank you for giving students this opportunity to exhibit what they learned in Effective Performance Course and apply it to Steerus Soft Skills Project.

It was good and something different for me to do and be creative and come up with new ideas. Thankyou
