This was an outstanding project experience for UCR Students to learn how soft skills are not only important but can be measured using key performance indicators and see the benefits from the employer and employee perspectives. The students enjoyed making the soft skills video and doing this project with diverse team members coming from Germany, France, Bolivia, India, Australia, and China. Thank you for giving students this opportunity to exhibit what they learned in Effective Performance Course and apply it to Steerus Soft Skills Project.
