PROJECT SCOPE We would like a Marketing Plan and Strategy for our company. As we work with a lot of luxury fashion brands, it should have a style that is both exciting and elegant to match our partners' businesses. We are looking to scale up and seek new business opportunities during the COVID pandemic and this will be vital for drawing in clients.The company peripherals reflect luxury, fun, dynamic and professionalism. Students should be prepared to provide insights on: Promoting a new product/service launch; Increasing brand awareness; Improving online communications (along with recommendations related to the product or service, packaging etc.); Increasing revenue or market share for an existing product/service; Improving customer acquisition/retention; Identifying new market segments and opportunities; Successful outcomes include a market research report and actionable intelligence, marketing plans and strategy; pitch deck. Resources Preference will be given to those who understand the Pan-Asia/European market; and Mandarin speaking, and reading, writing would be considered a asset. We can provide access to internal documentation other information as needed as well as access to key contacts. Based on our unique goals and constraints, we would like students to develop a strong, competitive marketing plan and strategy,. Students will involve research and analysis for opportunities in international expansion or international strategy.

Digital Media Accounts Strategist (Internship/Team)
We're looking for a enthusiastic Intern(s) to continue the establishment of our social media and marketing presence for our company EQWIIP., a Luxury Brand Training company. We are primarily B2B but are expanding within the B2C Online Training space. We have a few social media platforms up and running right now but are interested in getting help with managing and creating the content and possibly setting up additional accounts on all relevant platforms and establishing a clear voice for our brand. This internship would include: Putting together/following a strategy on creating content and managing our Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin; exploring Chinese social media (wechat, weibo, xiaohongshu, etc.?) accounts up and running and succinct with one another; Evaluating recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our industry; Using market research, both primary and secondary, to see what our brand can do to resonate with our target market; Developing or following a marketing plan including creation of content for posts, themes, hashtags, and messaging; Creating a content calendar and example content for the duration of the campaign; Focus will be required to be on Luxury goods, Retail sales, Training, Coaching, Executive Coaching, B2B, B2C. This position requires: Excellent strategic, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. Strong organization skills with a demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to adapt. Proven ability to prepare and present complex reports and presentations.
