Utilize the $10,000 a month Google Ad grants for our Charity in order to attract new visitors to the website and reach new audiences that would benefit from our services.
Business Administration and Operations
The primary focus for the student will be: Strategy - Develop an implementation plan for entering a new market; develop a go-to-market strategy; identify new funding and grant opportunities, write proposals. Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to supply chain processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes. Administration/Outreach - Work with the management team on day to day tasks such as outreach and referral programs. Develop new partnerships with other clinics.
Marketing and PR
The primary focus will be: Conduct a full competitive assessment; define our organization's brand and core value proposition; identify opportunities for Elevation; assess where and how to improve our brand's presence and differentiate from our competitors. Recommend changes to advertising and PR materials as well as look into Google Ads. Investigate our competitive landscape; perform market segmentation to identify the ideal target market. Evaluate our current customer base and make recommendations; review our prospect messaging, make improvement recommendations, and create new outreach content. Develop and implement an SEO strategy; provide content suggestions and recommendations to increase search visibility through our Wix website. Conduct an audit of our current social media presence and current communication channels including Slack.
Not -for -Profit Grant Writing
We are looking for assistance in finding and completing grant applications that support our mission and vision statement. We believe this project will include: Assist with defining a company-identified community problem and defining the scope of a corresponding project. Develop a needs statement that characterizes the community problem and justifies the need for our project and funding. Identify potential sponsors and funding opportunities that are a good fit for our organization and project. Source funding for existing programming.
Strategic Outreach Planning
To impact more people throughout BC and Canada with our programs, we need assistance developing an outreach process. We would like to equip our team with a plan that guides them in researching new partners, identifying key stakeholders, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our target market and increase revenue generation as an NFP.
Digital Content Creation - Social Media
We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.
