Details

The primary focus will be:

Conduct a full competitive assessment; define our organization's brand and core value proposition; identify opportunities for Elevation; assess where and how to improve our brand's presence and differentiate from our competitors.

  • Recommend changes to advertising and PR materials as well as look into Google Ads.
  • Investigate our competitive landscape; perform market segmentation to identify the ideal target market.
  • Evaluate our current customer base and make recommendations; review our prospect messaging, make improvement recommendations, and create new outreach content.
  • Develop and implement an SEO strategy; provide content suggestions and recommendations to increase search visibility through our Wix website.
  • Conduct an audit of our current social media presence and current communication channels including Slack.

Deliverables

Our goal at the end of this experience is:

  • To help us improve our brand's presence and capture greater market share within the Lower Mainland in BC.
  • To gain a better understanding of our target market and ensure we are optimally positioned and our services align with our target sector/patients.
  • To help us effectively communicate our brand's story and mission to a broad audience.
  • To generate more traffic and revenue through search engines.
  • Help us improve our online presence, reach more customers, and effectively promote our brand through compelling content.
Mentorship

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

We will plan to communicate with our our team using: Email, Slack, Zoom.

Elevation Health Foundation is a NFP organisation which provides free and subsidized active rehab and physical literacy programs to youth and adults across the Lower Mainland in BC. Through workshops, partnerships and services EHF works to provide essential services to those who need it most. Our newest program is launching April 15th in partnership with TD Bank The Physical Literacy Initiative which is geared towards Active and Physical lifestyles for children with Autism. The Foundation works closely with local organisations in BC as well as Active rehab clinics to provide the best services without the financial barriers. Elevation Rehab Inc. provides high-level ICBC Active Rehab treatments for ICBC customers, Private Kinesiology, & Work Conditioning Program services at 16 locations across the Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley, as well as Virtually or In-Home (upon approval).
