Sales Process Optimization
Our company is hoping to improve our sales process to improve our ROI and overall operations. In this project, students will evaluate our current sales process, determine bottlenecks, and create recommendations as well as new training materials. Based on research and best practices you will develop new scripts for our sales staff to use to improve the quality and quantity of leads generated and increase the conversion rate.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Evaluating our current sales process by speaking with sales representatives and examining our handbook and protocols.Researching industry sales processes and lead generation strategies.Create recommendations that will improve our leads and conversion rate.Writing new sales scripts for both phone calls and emails.Creating an updated sales process handbook.
Diversity & Inclusion Strategy
Our company has dozens of employees with diverse backgrounds and experiences. We want to create an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued.We would like to collaborate with students to create a diversity and inclusion strategy.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Identifying areas for improvement based on our diversity audit data.Defining diversity goals and objectives for our company.Considering new diversity and inclusion training initiatives.Recommending ways to communicate diversity and inclusion initiatives to employees.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Recommending a timeline for evaluating our diversity and inclusion strategy.
Awareness Contest Design
Our organization is passionate about promoting social causes. We want to increase awareness about a particular topic.We would like to work with students to design an awareness contest where contestants promote our cause and win rewards along the way.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our organization’s goals and campaigns.Designing the contest structure and assessment criteria.Creating materials to promote the contest.Running the contest online and collecting submissions.
Grant Writing

However, we are currently facing funding challenges.We would like to collaborate with students to find and complete grant applications.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our vision statement and a project we have defined.Developing a needs statement that characterizes the community problem and justifies the need for our project and funding.Identifying potential sponsors and funding opportunities that are a good fit for our organization and project.Improving the clarity and persuasiveness of our company's grant proposal writing.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Identifying new opportunities for community projects.
Fundraising Plan

Our company does research in the medical field and we collect a lot of data.We would like to collaborate with students in data entry.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our database structure.Transferring data into our databases efficiently.Verifying the accuracy of the data in our databases and making relevant updates.Organizing and retrieving data as requested.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Providing assistance in creating new databases.
New Demographic Marketing
Our company advertises thousands of products online. We would like to revamp our marketing as we want to reach a new customer demographic.Together with our marketing team, we would like students to design new promotional material for this demographic. Based on our insights and additional research, students will develop promotional marketing materials for our existing media and make recommendations on alternative media to consider.Tasks include: Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services.Researching the new customer demographic that we would like to reach.Assessing our existing marketing strategy and efforts.Recommending marketing tactics to attract new customers.Designing promotional material for various media.Making multiple versions of marketing materials and testing them for comparison.Recommending other demographics to consider in the future.
