Curriculum Creation for Online Film School

We need to build out the curriculum for our online content creation program. Three courses have been created so far, we have outlines for several more. These courses will be used in our growing global educational program. Courses will all be in English for the time being.

Determination of legal requirements to launch private school in Ontario

Our organization is interested in the possibility of offering courses to individuals in Canada (in all provinces and territories). As part of our initial assessment and strategy development, we would like assistance in evaluating the legal requirements for this project. We would like to work with students to get a picture of what to expect, from a legal standpoint, if we were to expand into this new market.We are especially interested in:Regulatory barriers and required approvals (in each province and territory, the initial focus would be Ontario).Structure implications.Licenses and patent rights eligibility.Contractual issues.Liability issues.
