Digital Healthcare Product Testing and Launch Sign-up Project
Consoul is a digital health platform on a mission to prevent caregiver burnout. We are excited to have our current minimal viable product ready for testing and our main goal of this project is to conduct and get more users to test our product and get people to sign up for our upcoming launch. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:- Creating a marketing plan to reach potential users and get them to test the product.- Developing a sign-up page for the upcoming launch.- Creating promotional materials to advertise the product and upcoming launch.- Creating a user feedback system to collect user feedback and insights.- Analyzing user feedback to identify areas for improvement.- Testing the product with users and making improvements based on feedback.
Website Redesign for a Health Tech Startup
The main goal for the project is to redesign Consoul's startup website to better reflect the company's unique value proposition and provide a more user-friendly experience for caregivers. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:- Understanding Consoul's brand identity, mission, and target audience.- Conducting user research to identify pain points and areas for improvement on the current website.- Creating wireframes and design mockups for the new website.- Developing and implementing the new website design using appropriate web development tools.- Testing the new website for usability and functionality.- Launching the redesigned website and providing documentation for future maintenance.

We hope to update and revamp our existing website to attract more customers.We would like to work with students to develop a new website that is easy to maintain while providing an appealing interface for users. This can be achieved through common site building tools such as Wix, Webflow, and WordPress.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages.Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable.Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content.Providing training on updating and maintaining the website.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.

The goal of this project is to create the look and feel of Consoul's web application, optimizing for an intuitive and user-friendly experience. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Developing a UX/UI strategy for the web application.- Creating wireframes or mockups of recommended UX/UI.- Designing the user interface.- Conducting user experience research.- Optimizing the web application for performance.- Conducting user testing and making necessary iterations.
Healthcare Partner Identification and Market Research in Atlantic Canada
The main goal for the project is to conduct market research and strategy execution to identify potential healthcare partners in Atlantic Canada. Additionally, the project aims to understand the nuances in the healthcare systems and organizations in the east coast to support Consoul's expansion and partnership efforts in the region.This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:- Researching and analyzing the healthcare landscape in Atlantic Canada, including the structure of healthcare systems, key players, and regulatory considerations.- Identifying potential healthcare partners and conducting a comprehensive analysis of their services, capabilities, and market positioning.- Developing a strategy for engaging and forming partnerships with the identified healthcare organizations.- Creating a detailed report outlining the findings and recommendations for Consoul's market entry and partnership approach in Atlantic Canada.
AI and API Enhancement Project
The goal of this project is to use artificial intelligence and additional APIs to increase the functionality of Consoul's progressive web application. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Researching existing AI and API technologies that could be used to improve the application.- Developing and testing algorithms to integrate AI and API technologies into the application.- Optimizing the application's performance and assessing areas for improvement.- Researching other variables that can improve the application's functionality.- Accounting for additional variables in the application.- Testing the developed application and making improvements based on additional data.
Social Media and Go-To-Market Strategy for a Health Tech Startup
The main goal for the project is to create and execute a social media campaign strategy for Consoul, as well as develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the launch of their web application. This will involve revamping existing social media tools such as the website, and creating new presences on Facebook and YouTube.
