Tim is the Director of Sales at Flyhomes for Agents (FFA) where he leads a team who are building a network of real estate agents interested in utilizing our Flyhomes Cash Offer, Buy Before You Sell and Guaranteed Sale programs to win more deals, faster. He comes to FFA with an extensive background in building and scaling partner channels, knows the power of working together toward mutual success and enjoys winning together with others.
Tim is a past Partner of Cadence Preferred, a nearly 20-year-old boutique high-tech industry marketing firm as well as a Co-Founder of Agape In Home Care, where he sits on the Board and advises the company regarding improving the immigrant experience. When he’s not working hard to create new opportunities for others, he can be found in the backcountry skiing… uphill (crazy, I know) or in the dojo where he’s working on his brown belt in Kung-Fu. To fuel his off-hours passions, he is continually learning about biohacking.

Cybersecurity Risk Assessment & Mitigation Strategy
Many organizations face difficulty in identifying and prioritizing their cybersecurity risks. Learners will conduct a risk assessment, document vulnerabilities, and deliver actionable remediation recommendations in a professional format. Evaluate the cybersecurity posture of a small-to-medium business (SMB) or simulated environment. Identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and develop a prioritized mitigation plan aligned to industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO).
Agape Customer Case Study Creation
We are looking to have students interview 2-5 pre-identified customers, in order to create content describing those customers' experience with Agape In Home Care. We will provide the customer contact information, and will obtain their consent to participate. Students will be responsible for: Interview scheduling Developing the list of questions, with our input Conducting the interviews (virtually) with customers. (Ideally you will record the calls with permission. At minimum this would be a phone call, at best this would be a video call.) The recording would help us to later develop video case studies but if you are unable or uncomfortable to record then that's ok. Writing the case study content Presenting the case studies in a PDF document that uses our branding Creating a mix of content based on the case study such as a tweet, an email and an Instagram / Facebook post announcing the case study. Optionally a video could be created using something like Animoto. Following up with the customers to share the final case studies and thank them for their participation and asking them to leave an online review on Google, Facebook and/or Yelp. Case studies should be no longer than 1 full page of content or 2 pages with graphics. Our objective is to create content that highlights positive customer experiences with our organization, which can be used to increase credibility within the community of potential customers. Possible uses for the content: Shared with prospects in the sales process via email and/or printout Published to our blog / website Downloadable collateral for customers through our CRM platform Included in our newsletter in full or in part
Agape Caregiver Profile Creation - Storytelling
We have an active project which is the creation of customer case studies which is very similar to this project, however the focus of this project is our Caregivers. Mostly, they are refugees and immigrants who come to America with big hopes and dreams. They are often skilled in other industries but are unable to practice in those industries due to our restrictive regulations or other barriers. We are looking to have students interview 2-5 pre-identified Caregivers, to capture their unique story and background. This will help us internally when developing a meaningful career path for them (potentially in a different industry) and it will be used to introduce our Caregivers to our Clients as a conversation starter. If you have ever sponsored a child overseas, you will have seen the type of "profile card" we are looking for. We will provide the customer contact information, and will obtain their consent to participate. Students will be responsible for: Interview scheduling Developing the list of questions Developing a standard format for these stories. They should include a mix of story narrative as well as profile facts and images so that there is some information that can be scanned and other more detailed information. Conducting the interviews (virtually) with Caregivers. (Ideally you will record the calls with permission. At minimum this would be a phone call, at best this would be a video call.) The recording would help us to later develop video case studies but if you are unable or uncomfortable to record then that's ok. Separating private vs. public information they share Writing the story and documenting the profile facts Presenting the case studies in a PDF or WORD document that uses our branding and images supplied by the Caregiver and pulled from the internet (such as maps). Creating a mix of content based on the story such as a tweet, an email and an Instagram / Facebook post announcing the availability of the story. Optionally a video could be created using something like Animoto. Following up with the Caregivers to share the final stories and thank them for their participation and asking them to leave an online review on Google, Facebook, Glassdoor and/or Yelp. Case studies should be no longer than 1 full page of content or 2 pages with graphics. Our objective is to learn more about what makes our Caregivers unique and to share that with Clients so they will have a better connection with each other. Our Caregivers should also feel honored and special to have someone document their story and take an interest in them. Possible uses for the content: Shared with Clients before their first visit Published to our blog / website Shared internally so our staff can get to know our Caregivers better Included in our newsletter in full or in part
Podcast Post-Production for Agape In Care (Audio and Video using Descript)
Agape In Care has recently recorded a podcast series aimed at providing valuable insights and support for legal Immigrants. The raw audio and video files need professional editing to ensure a polished and engaging final product. The goal of this project is to enhance the quality of the podcast by removing any background noise, adding intro and outro music, and ensuring smooth transitions between segments. This project will allow learners to apply their audio and video editing skills, as well as their knowledge of post-production and publishing techniques, to create a high-quality podcast that aligns with Agape In Care's mission of supporting caregivers. Key tasks include: - Cleaning up audio to remove background noise and enhance clarity. - Editing video to ensure smooth transitions and professional appearance. - Adding intro and outro music to create a cohesive listening experience. - Exporting the final edited files in the required formats and uploading to podcast and YouTube channels.
