Students will work on one main project over the course of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.Students in this program wish to understand contemporary organizations, their work culture and the role of HR within the Canadian workplace. Taking an applied approach students create and design strategies, policies, procedures, systems, and structures, required to successfully operate in a business context. Students also critically examine the key OBHR tools considered as set of business “best practices” to support and advise managers/leaders, employees to be successful in the Canadian work environment.
