We currently have a web application which users come to daily, but we would like to explore through user testing, what users like, what users do not like, what confuses our users, etc. We believe that insights coming out of these experiments will help us design a better product and offer a better experience to our customers.This will include:Conduct background research on our existing web application.Identify key areas of our current product and narrowing down which sections of the product and what scenarios should be tested with the users.Learn about various testing techniques that are currently industry standard and learn how to perform them efficiently and capture feedback well.Learning and using various software design tools. Competitive Analysis - Wholesale produce

To become a proactive sales team, we need assistance developing an outreach process. We would like to equip our sales team with a plan that guides them in researching new prospects, identifying key contacts, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our target market.The project would also entail doing a market research analysis on all the different types of competitors that are in the market for each region.

Graphic Design & Digital Content Phase 3

Our organization needs some graphic design and digital content creation to help us continue building our brand image. We are looking to continue to extend the work we just completed in Phase 2 for image creation, editing, and design work.We are looking for a team member that can help amplify our image to our B2B customers. We would want the student to create digital content and leverage their graphic design, photography, and editing experience to bring our content to life on our digital platform. This is a continuation of the previous phase with new milestones as we want to ensure continuity for our project.
