We would like to equip our sales team with a plan that guides them in researching new prospects, identifying key contacts, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our target market.
The project would also entail doing a market research analysis on all the different types of competitors that are in the market for each region.
The project will be broken down into multiple phases and the final deliverable is more around a presentation to the founder of the company. This would show your in-depth market research to help us optimize our sales process. It should assist our sales team in successfully learning about our competitors with actionable recommendations that will increase sales conversions and help us be more competitive
Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
The student will have direct access to the founder and can set up daily check-ins to help answer any questions about the research or direciton.
