Online Store Website Design

To gain validated design insights rapidly, we are asking you to research and design a wireframe prototype.You will have access to a member of our management team for direction, clarification, and customer and industry insights.We hope to gain an understanding of the features and design that our target market will expect in the new online store. We want to have a design prototype that is informed by real customer input and feedback that we can bring to a developer for implementation.

Redesign an Internal HR System / Process

As our organization continues to grow, it is important for us to stay up to date with our tools and processes for employee management. We have a desire to focus specifically on our performance evaluation tool. The goal is for this tool to be interactive, user-friendly and relevant to our staff to assist with adoption.We want to use this opportunity to create a preliminary redesign of this tool to ensure targets, goals and performance issues are being documented and called upon. Through this collaboration, we would like to develop a plan that addresses these key areas:The needs and challenges of effective performance management/evaluationDiversity and inclusion audits to help us better preform in the workforceResearch and identify performance management options available that might suit the needs of our teamA rollout/pilot plan that identifying what our team needs to consider in adopting a new tool

User Research Study

We are looking to have students conduct usability tests. We will provide the customer contact information, and will obtain their consent to participate. Students will be responsible for:Interview schedulingDeveloping a script for the interviewConducting the moderated interview remotelyWriting the user research plan Analyzing the results and defining the solutionsFollowing up with the customers to share the final case studies and thank them for their participation

Research Assistant

The research assistants will support the research initiatives under the guidance of research faculty. Areas of inquiry including: World policy, human development, humanity.
