Company Dashboard for Yoga Therapy Marketplace

The main goal for the project is to create a dashboard for the CEO of My Yoga Network to track the profits, expenses, and results of various marketing and sales campaigns. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Analyzing the company's financial data and creating a system to track company finances. - Developing a lead success and tracking system (CRM) to monitor the success of leads and sales. - Implementing an analytics tracking system to monitor social media and website visits. - Designing a user-friendly dashboard interface for the CEO to access and track the necessary data.

Yoga Therapy Marketplace UX/UI redesign

The initial plan for this company was created on February 2023 on Riipen with students at USC School of Business. Since then we have built a working prototype with a lead developer, business developer and product manager.  We have also temporarily pivoted to Hospitality Yoga and Corporate Yoga. The main goal for the project is to redesign the MyYogaNetwork.com website. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Conducting a UX/UI analysis of the current website and identifying areas for improvement. - Redesigning the website to improve user experience and visual appeal. - Research competitors and market trends in wellness.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Developing a lead generation strategy, possibly using AI, to attract potential customers. - Creating an advertising and PR strategy to promote the marketplace for yoga therapy. - Researching and developing a market expansion plan into the healthcare sector.
