The initial plan for this company was created on February 2023 on Riipen with students at USC School of Business. Since then we have built a working prototype with a lead developer. 

We have also temporarily pivoted to Hospitality Yoga and Corporate Yoga 

The main goal for the project is to finalize the marketing strategy for our business including market research, product development, product expansion and advertising/PR.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Developing a lead generation strategy, possibly using AI, to attract potential customers.

- Creating an advertising and PR strategy to promote the marketplace for yoga therapy.

- Researching and developing a market expansion plan into the healthcare sector.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

Students will have access to the CEO (Ram Bhakt) who has successfully completed several projects on Riipen and possibly our product manager.

You will gain knowledge of our current market research and strategies along with backend analytics and tools.

Brainstorming will include aspects of modern Marketing strategies including AI, market research and product development.
