The main goal of this project is to improve Lotus Addiction Therapy Inc. by reviewing our processes and services to improve the company to be the best client centric care that we take pride in providing. This includes building a competitive landscape for our company and providing analysis of the competitors, conducting user testing on our company's new product and providing an analysis on the results, and providing best strategies and best practices to determine our target audience and determine where to find them, as well as building a sales closing document/pitch to increase sales.
Product specifications document/and Impact Estimates and 1 Pagers for each of the item in the product roadmap
Develop a product requirements document describing a feature or improvement that responds to a business problem of our choosing.You would be taking a product feature/improvement from our product roadmap from a 1 -liner stage to 1 pager stages and then to a full product specification document (which involves doing impact estimates, wire-framing, and through breakdown of Use cases for development)You are expected to deliver the assigned product feature/improvement's 1 pager and full spec documents!
Develop wholesale interface
TinyHorse is regularly approached with wholesale requests, but we do not have a platform for wholesale accounts. Use your 80 hours to research and deploy a wholesale strategy. We are interested in a password-protected, wholesale version of our current website. If hours remain after establishing this platform, you will be tasked with developing an email campaign to reconnect with those previously showing interest in a wholesale account.
Tenure Backend Development
The main goal of this project is to build the backend for Tenure, a savings and rewards fintech startup, using Node Js / Typescript. This will involve integrating the backend with the web react front end and the mobile react native apps.
Music NFT Web Platform for Music Creators/Consumers
We are looking for experienced full stack developers in Typescript (Node/React)/AWS DynamoDB to help with a startup building features for a Music NFT Web Platform for music creators/consumers. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Developing full stack features for a web platform for music creators/consumers.(frontend/backend/ops work( aws))- Integrating the platform with AWS DynamoDB/other sdk's and also have an understanding of AWS Dev Ops work- Testing your code with backend unit tests/ integration tests- Optimizing the platform for performance and scalability.
Platform & Mobile Apps Testing Project
The main goal of this project is to test out the Platform & Mobile Apps of Lotus Addiction Therapy Inc. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Testing the Platform & Mobile Apps for usability, performance, and security.- Identifying any bugs or issues in the Platform & Mobile Apps.- Developing a comprehensive report on the findings of the testing process.- Suggesting improvements to the Platform & Mobile Apps based on the findings.
Website Development - Pt2
Our company builds an online community. We hope to update and revamp our existing website to attract more users. We are looking for full stack developers, and we would like to work with students to develop this new website that is easy to maintain while providing an appealing interface for users. This can be achieved through React JS, Tailwind CSS, Express JS, Firebase.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content.Providing training on updating and maintaining the website.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Testing prototypes with customers or internally (QA testing) and refining ideas with feedback and/or fixing the code.

Our company sells a complex line of products for walking multiple dogs. The main problem we are trying to solve is to improve our understanding of user experiences, so we can better inform the customer on what they need to purchase in their particular scenario. We would like to understand our strengths and areas of improvement from a customer perspective.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Conducting background research on customer journey mapping, our products and customers.Analyzing customer responses from surveys and interviews.Defining the phases and touchpoints of the purchasing process.Incorporating user actions, emotions, goals, and pain points in the customer journey map.Proposing solutions to minimize pain points while meeting business goals.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Developing multiple customer journey maps to account for different experiences and paths.
One Iota - Mobile App Developer
One Iota Performance is developing a software platform that helps individuals and teams consistently improve and achieve their performance and wellness potential. We are currently well underway on a mobile app that will serve individual users.
