Wearer of many hats! At Heights I began as a general/rope access technician but gradually moved towards a role focused on training, safety, and documentation. This year, I produced compliance documents, policies, procedures, and a technical manual.

As my first foray into the home maintenance industry, MIK introduced me to public speaking, face-to-face sales, and village concept marketing strategies. If nothing else, this franchise stands head and shoulders above in the strength of its branding and company culture. I also wore many hats here: leading and executing sales/marketing KPIs; training new technicians and attending/building workshops during team meetings; marketing, quoting, selling, and running large commercial jobs with condo boards, property managers, housing co-ops, etc; following up with clients, large and small; engaging a modest social media following.

Jigsaw video project for school; video presentation on different perspectives of the idea of "Flow" and the "flow state." This was my concept, and I played the role of director, contributor, and compositor. Very exciting to see what people came up with.
