Alana started with nothing but a pink briefcase and a vision. In 7 years Alana has become the Founder / SHE-E-O of multiple corporations such as Cosmopolitan Academy Inc, the Graceful Brand (a luxurious product line for beauty professionals), Luxy Beauty Courses Inc. and The Diamond Society (a subscription to a business building mentorship to assist graduates in scaling to a minimum six figure business).
Alana's story has been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine , New York Journal and other media outlets. She has a degree in Business and is three time certified in Eyelash Extension Application, Multi-Level Micropigmentation and Advanced Skin Analysis. Alana is a proud member of the world renowned Guild of Beauty Professional Therapists and the National Association of Lash Artists.

Marketing Strategy Plan
We want students to help us build a marketing strategy plan to grow and engage our target market: Stay at home moms looking to work for themselves, young entrepreneurs and those wanting additional income. . We’d like to know how we can maximize use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our messaging. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How do students currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company? What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using? What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals? How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition?
