Real Adulting 101 - Online Course
To develop an online course or resources for our members based on your skill set, education and passions. Some of our courses so far include Investing, Budgets, Real Estate, Sustainability, Home Organization, Therapy, Dealing with Rejection and several more. Depending on the length of the courses (how many lessons are included for the course), there may be time allotted for the development of a course. Courses are created in three steps: Course Curriculum (50% of time, approximately 44 hours), Developing Presentation Breakdown (5% of time, approximately 4 hours), Filming (35% of time, approximately 28 hours) and Wiggle Room/Meetings (10% of time, approximately 8 hours - Mentorship, questions, connecting with other team members for learning, etc.).
Peer Support Research Study
Our team has created the worldβs first peer support network where we do two things:We make high-impact matches for people experiencing similar life strugglesSince talking about difficult things is tough, we make it easy and convenient for people to communicate on our engaging, safe and game-like interfaceWhen our users meet peer-to-peer - our project requires a coach to be present to ensure safety during the call. The project aims to deliver peer wellness support for folks experiencing life struggles like grief, anxiety and burnout.We have built mechanisms for psychology or social work student to receive training and offer peer support to the community. Our peer coaches will receive training and mentorship to perform these tasks and achieve the program objectives.Together, letβs make loneliness & isolation a thing of the past!
