- What is the main goal for this project?

Internship Positions available: 4 to 8 students starting with CareerNiche 2024.
The Following are general qualifications and duties:
- We want students or interns to scope out through ideation, conceptualization and then actual execution of training plans for career transition courses. Create videos, create quizzes and gamification and PowerPoint using our LMS.
- You can choose to work in a small team of 2 to 4 other students or on your own doing course research.
- Do Marketing Research questions for B2C customers and small business owners.
- Perform research with our affiliate Joint Venture Business Partners and the interest in topics.
- You can create content for PowerPoints for live Zoom training as well and the Digital Courses online.
- Creation of class handouts including pre-class session prep questions' handouts, class pdf slides with notes area, post class HW workbook and or manual.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Perform research on a range of topics or one big topic.
Learn to give better presentations using screen capture software and be part of group brainstorming and ideation sessions for future course progress.
Create courses and course modules with our Ideal Client Persona's in mind.
To need to be too tech savvy but it will be an advantage if you are.

- Project # 2 - Create more in-depth training for personal and small business branding .
- Project # 3 - Assist people considering career transitions to explore starting a business.
- Project # 4 - Create a course related to inbound marketing, lead generation and digital marketing, including content marketing.
- Project # 5 - Help us build out our certification program with new modules.
This is a great project for students interested in being managers and training others, or Human Resource professionals and e-learning professionals.

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

We will have weekly team meeting with your project and cross group ideation and feedback to create more holistic programs.
You will work with one of three managers and a learning architect at times for greater growth in the T&D field.
Riipen Level-up students will have access to government sponsored paid funding. We can only accept 4 students for that particular project so only the most interested and skilled in training and development will be accepted for the start the week of february 7th.
- What skills or technologies will help learners to complete the project?

Learning Management Systems you can learn.
PowerPoint, and design tools potentially including Canva or infographic makers. Video making and Zoom technologies are a plus.
