Catherine is an award-winning speaker, author and mental health resiliency educator. Over the past 25 years she has delivered training to thousands of adult learners equipping them with the tools needed to harness the lessons in adversity, embrace change, and thrive.
Catherine has broad geographic, ethnic and multi-sector experience having worked with the Inuit & Dene Population in the Canadian Arctic, Francophone advertising agencies in Montreal, and a wide range of North American, multinational corporations.
She just published her first book called, Gifts in Dark Packages: How to Embrace Adversity and Transform Your Life. Itβs an easy-to-use Mental Health Resiliency Roadmap to guide you from barely surviving at your own pity party to thriving joy at a pivot party.

Learners will apply their classroom knowledge of sound design, audio editing, and production techniques to ensure the final product meets industry standards. The project will involve tasks such as noise reduction, equalization, mastering, and adding appropriate sound effects to enhance the listener's experience. This project provides a hands-on opportunity to work with real-world content and develop skills that are directly applicable to the audio production industry. Key tasks include: - Editing and cleaning up raw audio recordings. - Applying sound design elements to enhance the narrative. - Ensuring consistent audio quality throughout the audiobook. - Collaborating to meet the projectβs timeline and quality standards.

Design and Marketing Assets for New Book and Business Needs
Help market my new compilation book "The Third Act", launching this May! Design advertisements that can be used as printable assets, social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters and other content pieces on assigned topics relating to the book and Mental Health Assist with a social media launch to promote The Third Act Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in the Book Launch and Publishing Sector Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share the book
Book Design Check for "Third Act Encore" using Indesign
The main goal for the project is to ensure the interior and external book design of "Third Act Encore" is visually appealing, and up to professional design standard before it is published. This involves reading the book closely checking the layout, formatting, and overall design using Indesign to meet the standards of Catherine Clark Connects. Will be working alongside our independent publisher for the book .
