The main goal for the project is to help Catherine Clark Connects record and edit her latest book "Gifts In Dark Packages" using audio recording software. The project will involve:


- Setting up the recording equipment and software.


- Recording the audio book in a professional and high-quality manner.


- Editing the recorded audio to ensure it meets the standards for an audio book.


- Adding any necessary sound effects or music to enhance the listening experience.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, the team should complete the following tasks:


- Fully recorded and edited audio book of "Gifts In Dark Packages".


- High-quality audio files in the required format for distribution.


- Any additional sound effects or music added to the audio book.

Mentorship

In supporting students with recording and editing the audiobook for "Gifts In Dark Packages," I'll ensure they have access to necessary resources and mentorship throughout the project. Firstly, I'll allocate staff time for regular check-ins, providing guidance, feedback, and addressing any challenges they may encounter. Additionally, students will have access to essential tools and technology required for recording and editing, such as microphones, recording software, and editing software. I'll also facilitate access to relevant data or materials needed for the project, such as the book's text or reference materials. Moreover, I'll provide mentorship on best practices for audiobook production, including techniques for voice recording, editing, and post-production. Overall, I aim to create a supportive and conducive environment where students feel empowered to excel in completing the audiobook project.
