Working with SCALE was a fantastic experience. Gillian was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout the project. She ensured we had access to all necessary materials and provided valuable suggestions, which greatly enhanced the quality of our work. I deeply appreciate her collaborative approach and dedication to sustainability.

Because there are 6 hours in time difference, I appreciate Gillian went out of her way to make herself available for meetings (some are out of her business hours and even during weekends) and answering questions. From outset and throughout the whole project, the expectations and requests are clearly defined. Also, the client was flexible in alternative possibilities of the project objectives---that means, the project was both clearly defined, and also flexible for possible broadening/changes. That is the main reason the whole project went so smoothly.
