Social Media and Branding Strategy Project
The main goal for the project is to develop a strategy to attract and retain new clients through systematic systems that help nurture clients. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Cold calling/email/texting potential clients to schedule a free 30-minute strategy session.- Analyzing the company's current social media and branding strategies.- Researching best practices for social media and branding in the residential window cleaning industry.- Developing a comprehensive social media and branding strategy to attract and retain new clients.- Implementing systematic systems to nurture clients and improve customer retention.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Executive Headhunter / Recruiter Project
The main goal for the project is to work with Clear Ottawa Windows/ 8596506 Canada Inc. to find and recruit candidates for employment within the organization who align with the company's values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Understanding the company's mission, values, and culture.- Developing a recruitment strategy to attract diverse candidates.- Identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.- Conducting initial interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion criteria.- Presenting qualified candidates to the organization for consideration.- Assisting with the onboarding process for selected candidates.
