I had a great time learning how to operate in a hybrid setting and working with students to help us learn how to create a project.

Level UP allowed me to gain valuable research and time management skills. More importantly, the project I worked on allowed me to better understand Black history as well as the various contemporary barriers that Black individuals face in all areas of their lives.

This project allowed me to develop several skills that are essential to my future employment (i.e., laboratory skills). I greatly enjoyed working alongside my instructor to complete tasks with significant real-world applications, and am thankful I got to experience what research is actually like outside of a classroom setting!

My experience was great since I got to work with an experienced instructor in the field of robotics that guided me to help create introductory course material that can be taught in a laboratory or lecture like environment.

It was great to work with MacEwan's nursing department to help analyze data. The subject matter was very interesting and meaningful, and I learned a lot in the process.

Everyone on the project has been supportive and hard-working, and I feel lucky to be able to learn from people who are passionate about what they do.

Great collaborative experience

I had an excellent working experience on this project. I felt I learned so much in such a short amount of time and am eager to apply my new skills. I feel much more prepared to enter the workforce after I graduate.

It's always a pleasure working with Heather and Travis. They're clearly passionate about what they are doing, and do everything they can to make things go smoothly.

I have had a wonderful experience with my employers thus far. They have offered me helpful guidance and allowed me the opportunity to explore may different kinds of work.

Such a wonderful and enriching experience working with EQHP, I have learned and grown so much and hold this project very close to my heart.

I’ve enjoyed every bit of tutoring this past 6 weeks. It’s truly rewarding to help my peers understand finance concepts.

Dr. Ghosh was an incredible coordinator of the tutoring service as well as an excellent employer. He always ensured that we were all well-equipped with the necessary tools and supplies to maximize the benefits of the tutoring service to the students who use it. Dr. Ghosh also often checked on the status of the tutors regarding concerns or any suggestions for improvements. He regularly went above and beyond for both students and the tutors, so I greatly commend him for that!

Dr. Ghosh is an excellent professor to work for. His experience helps to develop the tutor's knowledge and skills. He also has a passion for teaching that inspires student excellence. Dr. Ghosh is friendly, kind, and always willing to talk with someone, whether it's a question or just a conversation.

Overall, this was a very positive experience and a great way to kick start the Student Connect initiative. I felt very supported by the admin team and had no issues utilizing this program

Working with the Department of Physical Sciences at MacEwan has been an overall great experience where I have gained insight into the processes involved in curriculum and lab design.
