I am a trained professional who specialized in the manipulation of soft tissues in the body to promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, relieve pain, and improve overall well-being since 2002. My goal is to help clients achieve physical strength and mental relaxation, and ease stress. Fortunately, I owned a small business in muscular health therapy from 2003 to 2020 in the town of Worcester, MA. I am grateful for the people I have met. Most of them came to me with stress and pain, they gave me more encouragement to fulfill my passion.
However, I closed my business during the pandemic in 2020 to take care of my school-age children, because it mandated most of the schools and businesses to shut down to prevent the virus from spreading throughout the communities. While I stayed at home with my children and helped them with remote learning which also motivated me to go back to school as well. My passion is to help people cope with their pain and stress by using alternative healing methods like psychology and massage therapy. Therefore, I searched for schools in MA that offer psychology majors and online learning systems. Propitiously, The American Women's College/Bay Path University appeared on my screen with all the information that I wanted.
Currently, I am a full-time student majoring in psychology and will graduate in 2024 which I am looking forward to. Besides, I wanted to reopen my business after I finish school while working in psychological services, such as health coaching.
