It’s important for us to have a better understanding of how our target audience perceives our brand and competitors. We want to develop clarity on our competitive advantages and optimize our marketing strategy.As a novel product with little to no history of commercial use, we would like an overview of our competition. Avo is running a dried loose leaf product line and a cold brew line that it is aiming to mass produce. We would like to understand our competitive advantage to optimize our market strategy.We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitors in our space and how we can differentiate ourselves through our product/service offering, and our messaging.During the internship, students will assist the sales and marketing team and provide support throughout various stages of gathering intelligence, target market analysis, marketing strategies, and promotional activities.We can suggest names of competitors to research. Internal company resources will be provided.
