Over the decades, I have been a writer, serial entrepreneur, publisher, inventor, facilitator, speaker, and unusual professor. I’m the co-author, along with Lou Mobley, of Beyond IBM. My work has been published in numerous business journals, from the "The Harvard Business Review" to “The President” to "The Controller's Quarterly."
As a professor, I’ve incited Entrepreneurship at the Fordham Graduate School of Business for 14 years. I was also Entrepreneur Fellow for the Fordham undergraduates. I taught for a decade in the “Birthing of Giants” program for entrepreneurs at MIT, sponsored by Inc. Magazine and YEO. I’ve also spoken to numerous groups, and at conferences in Russia, China, Central America, and Africa.
I worked extensively with W. Edwards Deming for over ten years, including helping him to edit the book, "Out of the Crisis," published by MIT Press. His next-systems-level thinking changed a country in one generation, and we all can do it too, with systems change. - Companies

The primary goal of this project is to refine and enhance the Giinius Directory on Notion, a platform that helps people easily find resources that spark their inner Giinius. This initiative embodies the Giinius mission to cultivate individual potential by connecting users with opportunities that resonate deeply with their personal interests and aspirations. By integrating advanced AI technologies, the project aims to create a personalized, intuitive resource discovery experience. We will focus on developing a platform that dynamically adapts to user interactions, offering customized recommendations that empower users to explore and engage with resources that foster their development, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit, irrespective of their geographical location.
Book Launch & Education Transformation
Our vision is to transform education so that people do in schools what entrepreneurs do in the world . There is a very short, free, book that outlines how & why to do it. CLICK HERE ! We are looking for young people who want to DO the work to change the meme, not just study what should be done in the future. We have many senior people in our networks who can pop in and mentor and give top-notch help. Kindly see my LinkedIn profile. We want this short, free book to become a "Best Non-Seller." At the end of the term, we want to have made a formidable start in changing the meme about what education should be. We want students who can help utilize social media, PR, radio, traditional PR, and word-of-mouth marketing to "get the word out." We want to leverage our formidable network to spread the word. Our network is full of entrepreneurs that the students will get to know.
