The idea that education needs fundamental change cannot be overstated. It is here that we have the most leverage to move the world forward, together. The myriad of problems our education system faces today are subsets of a systems problem — a system of thinking that no longer serves our world. My mentor, W. Edwards Deming, showed us that transforming a country requires systems-change. Giinius is an initiative for transforming education through systems-change.

Giinius Directory & Content
The primary goal of this project is to refine and enhance the Giinius Directory on Notion, a platform that helps people easily find resources that spark their inner Giinius. This initiative embodies the Giinius mission to cultivate individual potential by connecting users with opportunities that resonate deeply with their personal interests and aspirations. By integrating advanced AI technologies, the project aims to create a personalized, intuitive resource discovery experience. We will focus on developing a platform that dynamically adapts to user interactions, offering customized recommendations that empower users to explore and engage with resources that foster their development, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit, irrespective of their geographical location.
Book Launch & Education Transformation
Our vision is to transform education so that people do in schools what entrepreneurs do in the world . There is a very short, free, book that outlines how & why to do it. CLICK HERE ! We are looking for young people who want to DO the work to change the meme, not just study what should be done in the future. We have many senior people in our networks who can pop in and mentor and give top-notch help. Kindly see my LinkedIn profile. We want this short, free book to become a "Best Non-Seller." At the end of the term, we want to have made a formidable start in changing the meme about what education should be. We want students who can help utilize social media, PR, radio, traditional PR, and word-of-mouth marketing to "get the word out." We want to leverage our formidable network to spread the word. Our network is full of entrepreneurs that the students will get to know.
