Junior Data Scientist Project

The goal of this project is to develop a real-estate match making system using deep learning. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Analyzing existing data sets of real-estate listings and customer preferences.- Developing a deep learning model to match customers with listings.- Optimizing model performance and assessing areas for improvement.- Researching other variables that can improve the accuracy of the model.- Accounting for additional variables in the model.- Testing the model and making improvements based on additional data.

We're a Canada-based start-up, but we have a global vision and mission: To create the world's most comprehensive and valid dataset on employee motivators. To empower workers and companies to identify and fulfill their top motivators.At Motivators.io, we provide HR Consulting, Talent Assessments, and Career Coaching Services. On the assessment side, we collect insights on the top reasons why employees choose to join, stay with, or leave a job or company. These insights enable companies to make smarter investments in the programs and services that truly matter to their employees. Our dataset also provides real-time insights into workplace motivator trends by region, job function, seniority, etc. We would like to collaborate with students to analyze and visualize our raw datasets.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our dataset objectives and analysis procedures.Checking for and correcting inconsistencies in the dataset.Calculating important results and plotting data in graphs and charts using Looker Studio and other visual data tools.Creating a repository of aggregate data with filterable fields. Identifying interesting trends and recommendations of market opportunities based on the data insights. Telling a story and insights based on your data analysis of motivating factors.

Data Assistant

The main goal for this project is to identify trends and provide analysis of our survey responses as well as data provided in the literature. The data will be located in an Excel sheet and the analysis will include but not limited to pivot tables, line and pie and bar graphs.
