I am a certified and accredited professional Neurolanguage Coach® (US and European trademark RM Paling) – and a Licensed ELC Language Coaching Certification Trainer, certified by Efficient Language Coaching and accredited with the International Coaching Federation, ICF.
Since neuroscience is core in Neurolanguage Coaching®, I have completed Harvard
Fundamentals of Neuroscience Programme, to gain a deeper understanding of the human brain and its functions.Working with the military is an intensive experience in working under constant pressure, going the extra mile and cope and adapt to unexpected situations. I have spent over 15 years working for the Saudi Royal Air Force and The Saudi National Guard.
The position of an Academic Senior Instructor, for almost 4 years at the Air Force, was a new managerial turn, giving me the opportunity to learn about management, teamwork, facing a big audience with several and different issues and deal with that in a fast-track environment.
Yale School of Management (Yale SOM), the Accelerated Management Programme, has introduced me to quite exceptional approaches to probability and business decision making, industry analysis and risk management.

Sales Process Optimization
Our company is hoping to improve our sales process to improve our ROI and overall operations. In this project, students will evaluate our current sales process, determine bottlenecks, and create recommendations as well as new training materials. Based on research and best practices you will develop new scripts for our sales staff to use to improve the quality and quantity of leads generated and increase the conversion rate. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Evaluating our current sales process by speaking with sales representatives and examining our handbook and protocols. Researching industry sales processes and lead generation strategies. Create recommendations that will improve our leads and conversion rate. Writing new sales scripts for both phone calls and emails.

Social Media Content Management and Marketing
Our company provides online and in person services, related to coaching, training and self-development. Our main focus is coaching in Education and Business. We hope to revamp our social media marketing to attract more customers. We would like to work with students to design a new social media marketing campaign for our company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s products, social media campaign goals and target market. Identifying social media channels and strategies suitable for our company. Planning types of campaign content to create for each channel. Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign. Creating a social media content calendar that outlines important steps in the campaign.

International Project Management
In this project, learners will engage in a simulated international collaboration to manage a fictional project aimed at raising awareness about the benefits of coaching and education. The primary goal is to provide learners with a hands-on experience in project management, focusing on honing their managerial skills in a multicultural environment. Participants will work in teams to develop a strategic plan, coordinate tasks, and manage resources effectively. They will be tasked with overcoming challenges related to communication, time management, and decision-making while working with international partners. The project will also emphasize the importance of delegation and teamwork, as learners will need to assign roles and responsibilities to ensure the successful completion of the project. By the end of the simulation, learners will have a deeper understanding of the complexities involved in managing international projects and the skills required to navigate them successfully.

Strategic Growth and Partnership Development for Raise Awareness of Coaching & Education
Raise Awareness of Coaching & Education is seeking to expand its reach and impact by identifying new growth opportunities and forming strategic partnerships. The project aims to leverage the skills of business development students to conduct comprehensive research on the company’s current operations and target audience. The goal is to recommend actionable strategies for growth and partnership development. Students will analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and potential partnership opportunities. They will also evaluate the company's operational processes to align them with the strategic vision. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their classroom knowledge in business development, strategic planning, and market analysis to real-world scenarios.
