Systems Research & Evaluation Project

The main goal for the project is to research and evaluate various systems to help innovate Planetera's operations and service delivery with increased efficiency and effectiveness. These systems will range from Donor CRMs to improve tools for donor communications and retention; Mobile Timesheet/ Time Management Apps to increase the ability to track and categorize team time on different initiatives; Membership and Community Platforms to explore alternative platforms to deliver a training hub and online community of training members; Exploring how and where AI tools may improve effiency and service delivery in Planeterra's work.

Online Training Platform Development

Planeterra provides online training modules as part of the Global Community Tourism network for community tourism organizations around the world to develop and manage their tourism experiences. We would like to collaborate with students to examine our current learning hub and recommend areas for innovation, expansion and overall improved service delivery.
