Mike uses his knowledge of empirically driven research and his consulting experience in the area of human resources to deliver such courses as Organizational Behaviour, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, and Personal/Leadership Development. He also uses his expertise to help organizations through developing and delivering training programs, conducting personal assessments for hiring or developmental purposes, and coaching individuals to help them increase their overall performance.

Mike is passionate and committed in helping others meet their academic and professional potential, and numerous awards have recognized his teaching and personal engagement at the university and the wider corporate landscape. In the world of Organizational Behaviour, it pays to apply empirically driven techniques to make a positive and lasting change to organizations.

In this project, students will apply current theory and practice for employee training and development within an organizational setting. Students will examine a full spectrum of training and development praxis, from basic on-the-job training to the use of technology and blended approaches to corporate training, development and succession planning. Upon completion of the project, you will receive a detailed report and presentation.
