Mobile App UI / UX Design & Prototype

Our company would like to explore designing a native mobile app prototype. The app concept allows users access to real time video feeds of any establishment, business or venue. The idea allows a person to view the places they wish to go to before actually going, acquiring insight and information that will help them make instant decisions about their time and choices. The app can follow the format of the built website with the existing functionality. Users on the app can give their real time location and the app will show specific information related to the users' needs, within a 5km zone. An example would be a user seeking a restaurant for dinner, with the user specifically seeking a steak & shrimp dinner. The backend admin panel, already designed, allows for onboarding a business and inputting its services and products. A requirement of the app would be to tie in with the admin panel so users can see the businesses, their services, products and location. A key functionality within the app for this will be the search bar; the design is on the website and can be easily followed. Another requirement would be the interface to tie in with the video feed. The video feed is hosted on our servers. By accessing the video feed through the app, users will be able to see a live feed of their choice. One of the key benefits of the app is the video banner. This video banner allows a business to advertise to the users. For example - several restaurants on the same block advertising the same item with different pricing. Users can see this information onscreen and make their decisions instantaneously. Alternatively, businesses can change their advertising several times a day. Although this makes the landscape much more competitive, it instantly brings the best value to users. Therefore, another critical aspect in building this app would be the programming for the businesses to be able to upload their videos. What's involved: Conduct background research on existing or comparable models Identify key areas of focus from inception to implementation for the design and build of the mobile app. Learn and use various software design tools such as Figma A native mobile application which can be used on both iOS and Android. Access to AWS servers and Github

Part II - Mobile App UI / UX Advanced Design & Prototype - PIFit

Our company is designing a native mobile app prototype for PIFit - a concept that enhances customers' retail experience while changing how digital advertising is delivered to the end-user. Pay It Forwardβ„’ (PIFIT) is a patent-pending app that innovates advertising and shopping by allowing users to interact with ads (digital content), resulting in the end-user receiving an instant cash discount (ICD) on their purchase. Driven as a multi-brand cross-promotion platform, PIFit is essentially a B2B2C App. The non-invasive approach to delivering and viewing digital content gets 100% confirmed interaction. What's involved: Conduct background research on existing or comparable models. Identify key areas of focus from inception to implementation for the design and build of the mobile app. Learn and use various software design tools such as Figma. Creation of a screen by screen UX / UI prototype of a native mobile application which can be used on both iOS and Android.

Advanced Data Analysis and Empirical Research Methodologies - PIFit

Pifit (Paying It Forward) is a patent-pending app focused on delivering digital advertising to users in a new interactive manner. Designed as a Not For Profit, we have created a complete wall garden platform. Utilizing the profits from advertising campaigns creates a monetary value, an Instant Cash Discount (ICD) for our users. Ads are delivered to users’ devices upon their request by scanning the Pifit logo at a merchant store. Each ad is framed with a $$VALUE amount for the ICD which users can apply to their immediate purchase at the merchant store. One can think of the ICD as compliments of the advertiser to the user.   Campaigns are run on a cross-platform, meaning the merchant location where the ad appears is not related to the actual advertiser. PIFit is essentially a B2B2C APP that confirms the viewing of digital content.     Our Live Dashboard completely tracks every aspect of each ad campaign and user’s actions. We are seeking to micro-analyze the process by populating it with individualized ad campaigns, mixed campaigns representing more than one advertiser and then assessing that data. The objective is to find any ceiling capacity or challenges in the system.   More specifically (1) see how many campaigns can be run consecutively and simultaneously - is there a ceiling? (2) what is the best modelling to use to monitor the campaigns in real time What's involved: Conduct background research on existing or comparable models. Identify key data areas of the campaign from inception to implementation. Forecast modelling based on a spread of 20% $3 30% $2 50% $1 Using assumption and risk models calculate if there is a breaking point.

UI + UX Design & Prototype

Our company would like to improve the design of our current website and upcoming mobile application. We would like a group of students to improve usability of our current website and create a prototype for our future app. This will involve: Conducting background research on our existing web application for the product. Going through user interviews to gather feedback about areas for improvement Identifying key areas of our current website and what areas of focus might return the best results in a redesign. Learning and using various software design tools. We currently use Figma. Improving on existing designs by using our platform and finding areas for improvement, developing high fidelity designs + prototype, and testing new designs with users
