Sales Process Optimization
The purpose of this project is to optimize our sales process to improve return on investment (ROI) and enhance overall operations. Students will assess our current sales strategies, identify bottlenecks, and create targeted outreach methods to increase ticket sales. Key steps include: Evaluating the current sales process by consulting with potential users and reviewing existing Hidden Gemz frameworks. Researching best practices in industry sales processes, lead generation strategies, and effective outreach methods. Recommending strategic outreach methods to increase ticket sales, which may include ads, social media campaigns, digital boards at events, and other promotional activities. Documenting all strategies and sales processes to provide a clear framework for implementation and future improvements.
