Student-consultant groups will address an open-ended engineering design problem your organization faces under the guidance of a faculty member with specific expertise in the problem area. Project needs to be appropriate for 2nd Year Engineering students and capable of being completed in about 9 weeks. Opportunities for students to apply Engineering Science (Statics, Dynamics, Strength of Materials, Electric Circuits, Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics , etc.) knowledge to the project is the primary objective of the design exercise.
