The goal of this project is to offer value to educators who seek to find creative ways to engage their community and offer an outreach to their students and families. Also to offer meaningful projects for our interns by allowing them to share their talent to make a difference.

App Development - Empower a Not-for-Profit Organization

We are a not for profit organization comprised of professional volunteers. Our team is 100% volunteers and we speak to schools around the country and on some occasions are invited to speak in Canada and Mexico. We speak to large audiences of about 1200 educators. At the end of our keynotes, a lot of people line up to talk to us and then they leave because the lines are too long. We would love an app that offers attendees a QR code to connect with us. We need feedback, opportunities to be referred to do talks and invited as often as possible. Or the chance to get their email contact so we may send them the slides or upcoming information.We aspire to empower and elevate educators around the world. The main speaker in our organization is the State and National Teacher of the Year as well as the 2022 National Teacher Hall of Fame. We speak on inclusion, youth and teacher empowerment. We found an app called TALKaDOT but it cost $400 in U.S currency.

Health & Wellness Program Implementation

We do not feel we have an adequate understanding of what types of health and wellness initiatives will be of value to schools in K-12 in the U.S to offer programs to teens and/or staff. We would like to get a better sense of what other organizations are doing to promote health and wellness among their employees and which programs are most impactful for schools. At Parents2Partners, we are trained in Yoga, Yoga for Trauma/Therapy. We also have training on mindset. We wish to know your recommendations for programs that we need to learn, or if it is better to hire others. The primary goal for taking on this program is that our rate is offered as volunteer or very low to schools that serve high-needs communities. We hope to gain an understanding of what components should be included and on implementation strategies. Marketing ideas would be a plus and anything else that would help schools will be tremendous.

Empower Educators and Immigrant Families

We are seeking translation of educational material for students and families who come to the U.S. This will aid educators to better serve their students and families with limited English. You may choose to create short videos in English and another language on various topics that help newcomers navigate the new country, culture and educational system.
