- What is the main goal for this project?

We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.
Help us research the reason for teachers leaving the profession in the U.S and what can we do to attract new educators and retain the current ones/.
We need the research to help our organization prepare training to help address these issues.

- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:
- Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics
- Assist with a social media video launch to promote this research
- Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector
- Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story
- Gather data for the research

- How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. This is done virtually.
