The goal of this project is to build a complete social media marketing ecosystem to drive growth, visibility, and customer acquisition for our brand. Participants will help develop and execute a multi-platform strategy that includes: Brand Positioning & Voice: Define a consistent, compelling tone across all social media channels Content Strategy: Build a content calendar with post types, themes, and formats tailored to each platform (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) Creative Development: Design engaging posts, stories, carousels, and short videos that reflect the brand’s personality and value Audience Growth Tactics: Identify organic and paid methods to grow followers, improve engagement, and increase reach Client Attraction: Craft messaging and campaigns designed to attract our ideal customers and drive qualified traffic Platform Optimization: Ensure each social profile is fully optimized with bios, links, highlights, and branding Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and simple reporting to track growth and iterate on what works By the end of the project, we want a functional, repeatable system in place to consistently grow our online presence and convert visibility into business results.

Internal Knowledge Hub Creation
What is the main goal for this project? Project Goal: Design and implement an efficient, AI-powered communication and operations system tailored for collision and mechanical repair shops. The goal is to reduce manual admin tasks, automate customer messaging (especially repair status updates), and ensure no calls are missed using an AI phone assistant capable of handling scheduling and inquiries.

Social Media Content Creator and Manager for Pet Link
Main Objective: The main objective of this project is to create engaging and high-quality content for Pet Link's social media accounts, grow our online presence, and increase user engagement across all platforms. The aim is to build a strong online community that supports pet adoption and care, ultimately helping to end pet euthanasia. Problem Description and Expected Outcome: Students will be tasked with developing a comprehensive social media strategy for Pet Link, including content creation, community engagement, and follower growth. They will need to: Content Creation: Develop and schedule regular, engaging posts tailored to our target audience, including photos, videos, stories, and informative articles about pet adoption and care. Platform Growth: Implement strategies to increase our follower count and engagement rates on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Community Engagement: Actively engage with our followers by responding to comments and messages, fostering a supportive and interactive community. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. By the end of the project, students are expected to have successfully increased Pet Link's social media presence and engagement, created a content library, and established a solid foundation for ongoing social media management. This will help Pet Link achieve its mission of making pet care and adoption more accessible and ultimately reducing pet euthanasia rates.

That New Vibe Social Media Expansion Project
Ultimately, the project aims to leverage social media as a powerful tool for brand awareness, community building, and attracting cosellers and potential vendors. By implementing a proven content strategy, consistently posting engaging content, and building momentum, the project seeks to establish That New Vibe as a vibrant and thriving marketplace in the digital space.

Partnership Proposal Writing
The main goal of this project is to submit 2 partnership proposals to an already selected base of prospective partners that Vinostics can build long term contracts with. This will involve organizing already identified ideas of why the partnership would be fruitful into one document that could be a few pages, to be submitted to the prospect. We expect up to 2 proposals per stipend. The company will be positioning itself to strategic partnerships for future growth.

Animated Explainer Video
Vinostics is a SaaS startup company that transitions traditional brick and mortar locations into an online brand. We have developed an ERP system with 10+ modules that we need assistance in developing animated explainer videos about our service offering. We are looking for one or more students to assist us in the script development, storyboard, scene creation, and animation of this video. We envision this project to include but not be limited to: The creation of a fun and engaging 1-3 minute animation about our services and product functionality that is consistent with our brand guidelines and communication strategy This video will be displayed on our website and shared by email

Social Media Marketing
Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for several marketing students or teams. The primary focus for the student will be: Market Research - Investigate our competitive landscape; perform market segmentation to identify the ideal target market for (new or existing product or service); conduct customer surveys or focus groups to gain insights into the perceptions and behaviors of our target customers; develop a pricing strategy; identify expansion opportunities; identify key messaging for (new product or service). SEO Strategy & Recommendations - Develop and implement an SEO strategy; provide content suggestions and recommendations to increase search visibility; increase our inbound traffic and optimize the customer journey; increase inbound leads. Strategic Social Media Marketing - Conduct an audit of our current social media presence and/or other current communication channel(s); develop and implement strategies for improving our online presence and increasing engagement; create a content calendar; creating useable social media and blog posts. Our goal at the end of this experience is: Market Research - For the student(s) to help us gain a better understanding of our target market and ensure we are optimally positioned and our product and pricing aligns with our target sector/customer. SEO Strategy & Recommendations - For the student(s) to help us generate more traffic and revenue through search engines. Strategic Social Media Marketing - For the student(s) to help us improve our online presence, reach more customers, and effectively promote our brand through compelling content. Other duties the student may complete could include : (indicate other duties as exemplified below) Assist with outbound email marketing campaigns as needed; measure and report on performance of these campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp Content development, including social posts, blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and website copy. We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern(s) using these communication tools: Zoom, MS Teams, email or phone calls

We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Vinostics is the first of its kind automotive collision repair marketplace & community. www.vinostics.com To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will: Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. We want students to help us build a marketing strategy plan to grow and engage our target market: The Automotive Collision Industry; manufacturers, suppliers, collision shops, & DIY consumers. We’d like to know how we can maximize use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our messaging. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How do students currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company? What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using? What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals? How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition?
