"Bright Star Go" Launch Strategy

We want to expand our business with a new product line that we area tentatively calling "Bright Star Go" - an online, interactive platform for teachers and students to learn about amazing people and stories by bringing the stage online and into the classroom. It is likely that this product will actually be an entirely new venture that will be adjacent to our current live touring operations We need insights to help anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our new product. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to:1. What is the total size of the market for this venture?2. With whom should we partner for venture funding, user interactive design, content specialist, video devleopers, etc.3. Who are our closest competitors and how do we differentiate ourselves? 4. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success?5. What is the exit strategy for the business and investors? 6. What is the best approach for achieving revenue - "Freemium?" Paid subscription? Sponsorships? All of the above? Something entirely different? 7. How will this product ultimately make schools better and help students achieve their dreams.We are looking to build an attractive business plan that will entice investors complete with a roadmap for success. Because we know there's more than one way to achieve our goals, we are looking for a variety of perspectives and opinions about how this venture should operate, its viability, and how it might work in the real world. We already have a successful touring business, but we see Bright Star Go as being a potential game changer in the education industry, in virtually every classroom in the country.

Our shows cover a wide range of topics - Science/Technology/Engineering/Math (STEM), Black History, Women's History, World History and Folklore, Classic Literature, and Bully Prevention. Our targets are teachers, principals, librarians, school counselors, and professionals who work in the performing arts.To become a proactive sales team, we need assistance developing an outreach process. We would like to equip our sales team with a plan that guides them in researching new prospects, identifying key contacts, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our target market.The project may include, but is not limited to:Identifying new potential accounts that align with our current customer base.Compiling relevant market information.Building a customizable outreach script.Creating a simple tracking framework, including metrics, for measuring outreach success.The final project deliverable is a report including research, analysis, and recommendations. It should assist our sales team in successfully prospecting within our target market with actionable recommendations that will increase sales conversions.
