We’re looking for a student to help us source and message potential customers. This involves finding customers through platforms like NextDoor, Kijiji, LinkedIn, as well as remote home service events, and setting up meetings and assisting in moving the potential customers along the sales process.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a student to help us with recruitment, interviewing and, hiring. The student will review resumes, will source potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, conducting pre-screening calls with potential candidates, and conducting initial interviews with candidates who meet our criteria.

Account Manager

We're looking for students to help us manage cash flow, payment collection, and dispute resolution. The Account Manager will also play a very key role in managing our clients, including upselling, customer satisfaction, and generating referrals for our business.

Automation Specialist Project

The main goal of this project is to automate many of Jobby's processes, especially their email processes which currently require a lot of manpower. The Automation Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and optimize conversion rates. They will also be responsible for automating more basic tasks such as as emailing clients to confirm basic details to set up meetings with them, our communication process between our development team and our customer service representatives, and utilizing artificial intelligence to create new automated processes and to better automate existing ones.
