Before diving headfirst into the tech world, I honed my talents in customer service as a customer-responsive specialist at Scotia Bank from November 2018 to December 2021. This role was instrumental in developing my abilities in communication and relationship-building, laying a strong foundation for my future endeavors.

My journey through the healthcare sector also played a pivotal role in shaping my professional development. I initially delved into the fascinating realm of kinesiology at York University from 2015 to 2017, exploring the intricacies of human movement and health. My curiosity then led me to pursue nursing studies at McMaster University.
