Organisation Structure

Our organisation has grown rapidly and organically over the last five years. We now have 10 FTE staff need to review our organisational structure to ensure we can best meet our strategic aims ensure we have a solid foundation for future growth. To accomplish this, we believe students will need to:Research the existing positions and personnelApply an understanding of effective organisational structures in our industryGenerate a projection for personnel needsComplete a gap analysis for the skills and positions needed Develop a proposal for a reconfiguration of our current organizational Structure
